Hi, I’m Kathy – the one behind the lens.

I specialize in photographing kids being completely themselves – joyful, messy, curious, and full of personality. I’m here for the real smiles, the belly laughs, the shy glances, and the tiny in-between moments that make up childhood.

My sessions are relaxed, low-pressure, and all about connection. Whether your little one is feeling silly, serious, or somewhere in between, I’ll meet them where they are – and capture them just as they are.

If you leave your session saying, “That was actually fun,” then I’ve done my job.

I’ve always been the person who notices the little things – how your child lights up when you say their name, the quiet way they hold your hand, the smirk they make when they’re trying not to laugh.

Photography lets me bottle those feelings up into something you can hold onto. Not just what your child looks like right now, but who they are.

I’m based in Kanata, and I photograph families from all over Ottawa and beyond. When I’m not editing photos or chasing good light, you’ll find me chasing my own kid around the playground, drinking iced coffee, or googling “how to get marker out of couch cushions.”
